Ergo Check
The core of the ERGOCHECK system is the
measuring sheet. Experts have confirmed that because it is
so thin and elastic, it makes no alteration to the lying
properties of a mattress. At the same time, it is a highly
precise measuring instrument.
How does it work?
684 individual measuring points are distributed
across the testing surface. Each of these highly sensitive
sensors determines the pressure between the person and the
mattress on a surface of a few square inches. A complex method
is used to convert the measured value into signals that the
computer can understand. This process takes place outside
the sheet. This enables the measuring process to take place
without affecting the body temperature of the person lying
on the sheet.
The measured values are then processed in the computer. The
result is an easy-to-understand portrayal of the distribution
of the pressure between the person and the mattress.
NATURAL
FORM® MATTRESS VS. INNER
SPRINGS: Weight Displacement
Natural Form® Mattress

This three-dimensional graph accurately
identifies the peaks and valleys of weight displacement.
Individual A's weight is evenly distributed across the entire
surface on a Self Adjusting Technology® mattress; eliminating
the occurrence of pressure points that occlude blood & oxygen
flow.
Inner Spring

Notice how the inner spring mattress creates
deep valleys and high pressure points on individual A. At
this point the blood and oxygen are occluded, causing the
brain to send out signals that instruct individual A to toss
and turn in an attempt to get comfortable.
NATURAL
FORM® MATTRESS VS. INNER
SPRINGS: Sleep Environment
Natural Form® Mattress

Dark green, light green & yellow colors
all indicate individual A is always below capillary closure.
Meaning individual A is in a pressure relieving sleep environment
at all times. The Self Adjusting Technology® mattress
is the only mattress capable of delivering its' unique therapeutic
sleep environment to each individual regardless of body shape,
weight, or size.
Inner Spring

Dark blue & red colors indicate pressure
points on individual A's weight bearing areas. Typically,
an individual sleeping in this environment will toss & turn
80-100 times throughout the night. This is due a result of
his or her brain receiving signals to do so because blood & oxygen
occlusion has occurred.
